Network Lead

• Overall operations, including project managing workstreams in partnership with Leads

• Strategy and forward planning, including flexing the network’s priorities as the political environment changes

• Internal capacity-building, including creating development opportunities for Leads and their teams

• Network governance, including maintaining the network’s inclusive culture

• External and media relations, including managing the network’s reputation

• Membership and recruitment

Mentoring & Training Lead

• Leadership of mentoring initiative aimed at improving representation of minority and disadvantaged communities in politics and communications

• Match mentees with mentors at the start of each cohort

• Create educational and development opportunities for mentees

• Safeguarding, including maintaining the network’s inclusive culture

• Create training opportunities for Labour and trade union staffers

Events & Sponsorship Lead

• Organise and execute in person events

• Find and secure speakers for events

• Find and secure third-party sponsorship to hold events

Campaigning Lead

• Establish and maintain relations with Shadow Ministers, MPs, Metro Mayors and senior Labour staffers

• Maintain relations with trade unions

• Coordinate network’s campaigning activity ahead of elections
